Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 20(FIN) "An Act relating to commercial fishing loans for improving fuel efficiency and increasing the maximum amount for certain loans under the Commercial Fishing Loan Act; and providing for an effective date" (Title Change SCR 20) was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 20(FIN) was read the third time.
